HYROX Training at Sin City Boxing – Strength, Endurance & Performance
HYROX is the ultimate test of strength and endurance, combining functional fitness with high-intensity running. At Sin City Boxing, our HYROX classes are designed to prepare you for the challenge of competition or simply help you build strength, speed, and stamina. Led by expert trainers Halder, Mike, and Junior, our sessions focus on technique, strategy, and performance, ensuring you get the most out of your training.
What to Expect in HYROX Training?
Each HYROX event consists of eight workout stations, each separated by a 1,000-meter run:
🏋️ Ski Erg – Row 1,000 meters on a ski simulator for maximum endurance.
💪 Sled Push – Drive a heavy sled forward for 50 meters, building explosive lower-body strength.
🛠 Sled Pull – Pull a sled using a rope for 50 meters, challenging your grip, back, and core strength.
🔥 Burpee Broad Jump – Perform burpees over 80 meters, jumping forward instead of straight up.
🚣 RowErg – Row 1,000 meters on a rowing machine for full-body endurance and power.
🏋️♂️ Farmer’s Carry – Walk 200 meters while carrying heavy weights, enhancing grip strength and stability.
🏋️♀️ Sandbag Lunges – Execute lunges over 100 meters while carrying a heavy sandbag on your back.
🎯 Wall Balls – Perform 75 to 100 weighted ball throws against a wall, testing coordination and endurance.
